Q1: What length hair topper should I get?

 A: The is determined by the length of your biological hair. When you buy a topper you should buy one that is at least 1-2 inches longer than your bio hair. Measure from the crown to the bottom in the back center of your hair. There are some toppers however that are short and meant to fill in a crown for short to mid layered hair.

 

Q2: Why are my hair getting tangled?
 A:It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a
 week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

 

Q3: Can they be straightened, curled, dyed ?
 A: All  human hair can be curled and straightened. But don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make
 the hair easily get dry and tangled, same as our virgin hair.

 

Q4: Can I dye/color the hair?
 A: Yes. The human hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten
 the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original colour to fade.

 

Q5: How long will my new hair system last?
 A: There always have a balance between Natural and Durable. Our products have a lifespan ranging from 3
months to over 1 year.

 

Q6: Can I wear I hair up with a topper?

 A: Take a little bit of the topper hair, a little bit of your own hair, and a little bit of the hair in front. Then hold the rest of the hair in the back like a ponytail. You can leave a little bit of hair over the top of your ears if you have hair loss in that area and you want to cover it.

Q9: Where does my order ship from?

 A: We ship from our warehouses in Germany, The United States, Canada and Australia . Your order will ship from the warehouse closest to you.

Q10: If I'm not satisfied, can I return it?

 A: If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one.
